Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily and monthly attendance reports
∎ Leave Management
∎ Assist in recruitment
∎ Maintaining employee HR files and HRIS
∎ New employee joining coordination
∎ Ensuring HR compliance regarding leave and benefits
∎ Vehicle management
∎ Supervision and management of office space, office vehicles, generator and data center
∎ Driver work schedule management
∎ Cleaner and peon management
∎ Procurement work
∎ Arrange and coordinate all the external and internal office events
∎ Travel and logistics management for Management
∎ Responsible for stationary maintain
∎ Responsible for maintaining close relationship with the vendors to get smooth services for various office services
∎ Responsible for hiring and managing the day to day task of office admin staff and drivers
∎ Assist senior management with meeting arrangements,
∎ Any sort of secretarial support needed by MD & Chairman
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years

Salary: Tk. 24000 - 26000 (Monthly)
