Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ MBA/PGD in HR will add value.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the Administration and Human Resource departments
∎ Maintain HR database.
∎ Prepare & issue an appointment letter.
∎ Proper documentation of personal files, and records of workers and officers.
∎ Ensure that attendance reports, Leave Records, and OT sheets are prepared as per local laws.
∎ Look after employee welfare and arrange different employee engagement programs.
∎ Ensure final settlement benefits are in line with Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Assist in preparing /updating policies for administrative issues.
∎ To deal with all matters relating to disciplinary actions confirming the Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and other applicable laws & rules.
∎ Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
∎ Measure employee retention and turnover rates
∎ Arrange and maintain office ethics, etiquette, and code of conduct. Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrable leadership abilities
∎ Solid communication skills
∎ Should have a very good command of English.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Computer MS Office/ MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
∎ Good typing speed both in English and Bengali.
∎ Adaptable, proactive, innovative, and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 23000 (Monthly)
