∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Student Counselor. This role is crucial in driving our company`s global visibility and ensuring effective communication across international markets.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing a team of counselors.
∎ Counseling clients proactively for their foreign education and migration processing.
∎ The counselor must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Services, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
∎ Confirming that all the information to be provided to the clients is accurate and up-to-date.
∎ Preparing and checking all legal documents.
∎ Guiding the students regarding their career decisions helps them understand their potential and provides help to pursue their goals.
∎ Helping the students to understand their skill sets and providing them with ways to utilize the same.
∎ Providing information about various colleges and universities and advising them about various requirements.
∎ Assisting the back-end to complete all relevant visa and immigration-related documents and ensuring that they have received within the time limit set by the respective government authorities or agencies.
∎ To create and maintain an excellent personal relationship with clients and colleagues within the organization.
∎ To cope with day to day and long-term business goals of the organization.
∎ To provide professional and quality counseling service that exceeds customer and client expectations.
∎ To achieve student invoice targets by intakes and assigned destination.
∎ Support execution of the destination-wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.
∎ Build strong client support through 100% compliance with application processing.
∎ Effectively implement global priority projects at country/office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): International student consultancy, Student Consultancy, Student Counseling, Immigration and education Consultancy Services, Immigration/Visa Processing, and Marketing.
∎ Applicants should have the ability to research new rules and regulations about student or migration policies and procedures.
∎ Fluent in writing and speaking English.
∎ Having a strong work ethic, motivational drive, and experience at a marketing level
∎ Should be target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
∎ Strong knowledge of the destination and local education systems.
∎ Computer skills including, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Strong problem-resolution skills.
∎ Experience in working with CRM systems will be desirable.
∎ IELTS will add value.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
