∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Presentation and Reporting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Multinational Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain recruitment and selection process to ensure a timely onboarding.
∎ Assist in executing all the milestones in the performance management cycle.
∎ Help to manage all departmental performance issues.
∎ Responsible for maintaining personal files & data both in hard copy and HRIS
∎ Assist in preparing HR & Admin budget.
∎ Monitor the leave and attendance of the employees and prepare reports accordingly.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
