Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM/Management or Masters in Public Administration from a reputed institution. Candidates with PGDHRM will get preference.
∎ Candidates with PGDHRM will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Code, 2006 as amended in 2015 and able to guide Mgt. in right perspective & Conduct inquiry while necessary.
∎ Ensure first level HR support to the line management in manpower planning, recruiting, on-boarding, career planning, performance appraisal, contract renewal, transfer etc.
∎ Must have fair knowledge on standard HR practices in a company.
∎ Ensure all administrative supports like office services, travel services, accommodation, transport services, logistic support, safety, security, and housekeeping, catering services and Support Staff Supervision towards the smooth operation of the factory.
∎ Handling grievances and disciplinary action at the factory.
∎ Ensure Legal compliance issues and update all licenses, returns and registers in line with existing rules and regulations of Bangladesh.
∎ Take the necessary initiative to remedy all non-compliance findings consecutively.
∎ Handle employee benefits, wages and payroll administration.
∎ Communicate with the Concerns in various Sites for their needs with respect to Administration, Compliance, and Legal issues.
∎ To prepare & update all compliance-related documents/registers as per the concern's requirement.
∎ Continue follow-up Admin, Compliance & Legal activities with all the Departments and Ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
∎ Prepare and Circulate Official / Managerial Order / Note / Memo & Circular with regards to Administration.
∎ Provide awareness training to every employee.
∎ Look after all Security aspects of all premises. Receive and report to the Line Manager all necessary security matters at any time for security breaches.
∎ Work to ensure good health and a safe environment in the workplace in all aspects of compliance.
∎ To arrange all kinds of the meeting (Compliance Issues), make up to date the registers.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the Management related to the role.
