Responsibilities & Context:
British Bangla Chemical Limited is located in Sreemangal, Moulvibazar, Sylhet. This company urgent need for an Executive of HR & Admin as follow.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment & selection processes
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll documentation
Maintain employee files, records, and HRIS database
Coordinate training, employee development, and engagement programs
Assist in grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and administrative support
Prepare and present HR reports to senior management (daily/weekly/monthly)
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, buyer requirements, and company policies
Support factory audits, compliance activities, and HR operational improvements
