British Bangla Chemical Company is located in Sreemangal, Moulvibazar, Sylhet. This company urgent need for an Executive of Transport as follow.

Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

• Manage daily transportation operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods and maintaining high service quality. 

• Logistics Planning:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies, optimize routes, and coordinate the transportation of goods and materials to enhance efficiency. 

Vendor & Carrier Management:

• Establish and maintain relationships with carriers, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal pricing and service levels. 

Team & Resource Management:

• Supervise transportation staff, manage vehicle fleets, and oversee operational budgets. 

Performance Monitoring:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse data to identify trends, and implement initiatives for continuous improvement. 

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all transportation activities adhere to local and international regulations, including safety and security standards. 

Transport Servicing

• Overseeing all servicing of transport regularly and Maintain Data.

Maintain all Trip Data

• Maintain all data about Driver Trip allowance and other compensation.
