Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the basic knowledge of total HRM Administration Organizational Development and provide assistants to the following area;
∎ Update our internal HRIS databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
∎ To prepare a daily attendance report
∎ Take responsibility for payroll systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, allowances, deductions, tax)
∎ Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows.
∎ Must have enough knowledge in MS Excel & MS Word.
∎ Managing & Developing HR Related Documents, like Appointment Letters, Termination letters, NDA, Salary Sheet, Bank forwarding letters,s, etc
∎ Support execution of HR events by ensuring on-time logistical arrangements
∎ To prepare purchase orders/Work Order for HR activities/events and co-ordinate with vendors in the billing process
∎ Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
∎ To prepare a job description for the new recruitment
∎ Primary knowledge about job posting & job portals (e.g. BD-jobs)
∎ Hands-on preparing the primary job of Compensation Management, Leave Management, Career Management, Talent Management, Retention Management, Succession Planning, and HR Decisions.
∎ To prepare monthly workers’ wages sheet, overtime sheet, bonus sheet, and stuff salary.
∎ Handle Labor Law-related HRM issues.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as updated.
∎ Handle corporate cellphone SIM-related issues.
∎ Supervise and monitor the activities of maintenance staff of office boy, cleaner, support staff, etc.
∎ Maintain CCTV camera & attendance device
∎ Handling administrative and front desk activities
∎ Close Lesion factory Human Resources & Administration Department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Excellent writing skills (Bangla and English), along with the ability to communicate and collaborate
∎ Experience with MS Office package & email communication (local & International)
∎ Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
∎ Methodical, Multi-tasking, and passionate about working in HR
∎ The ability to work in a fast-paced organization is a must-have
∎ Open and positive mind with an organized approach to work
∎ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
∎ Excellent organizational management skills
