∎ Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic approach to human resource development and ensure the effective implementation of the operational plan.
∎ Assist in the preparation, update and time to time monitoring of Human Resource Policy.
∎ Maintenance & updating of HR database regularly both in personnel file.
∎ Preparing the periodic report of various HR related issues for management.
∎ Handle HR related communication within and outside the organization.
∎ Coordinating in the performance appraisal process.
∎ To assist in the preparation of monthly salary sheet.
∎ Managing, monitoring and implementing proper functional activities of environmental, health & safety system.
∎ Any other administrative jobs assigned by the management.
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience of working in any Textile Industry will be an added advantage.
∎ Ensure proper leave and attendance system & discipline in the organization.
∎ Sound knowledge of BEPZA applicable laws.
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS-Excel & MS-Word.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 38000 (Monthly)
