Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising and managing the functions of the Production & Quality Control Department of a large Japanese Spinning Company.
∎ Establish proper controlling measures and reporting system for the Production & Quality Control Department & follow up progress.
∎ Cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Production and relevant departments.
∎ Establishing the monitoring tools for daily production progress to ensure to achieve projected productivity and output for in-time delivery.
∎ Regularly review factory production performance and business strategy with top management.
∎ Review and analyze Material Utilization reports to control wastage and to ensure the maximizing of quantity and quality of product
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have fluency in speaking and conversation in English.
∎ Candidates have to work with discipline with maintaining accuracy in every sphere and have to keep a good corporate manner.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary shall be fixed up on the basis of eligibility of candidates
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Bonus and Other benefits shall be given as per BEPZA rules & regulations.
