Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Execute production policy and planning strictly to ensure production well in time to meet the demand of the Market
∎ To evaluate assess and calculate the requirement of raw material judiciously against each batch of production before preparation of SIN to reduce the production cost But ensure that the quality of products is not compromised .
∎ To prepare the SIN, get it vetted/ approved by the production manager and put forward to the raw material store well in advance.
∎ To arrange collection of the raw materials from stores well in time and satisfy that the raw materials received against SIN are correct in terms of quantity and quality .
∎ To take adequate measures to prevent misuse, wastage and misappropriation of raw materials and thus reduce the production cost
∎ To monitor / maintain product standards and implement quality control programs in consultation with the quality control department.
∎ To maintain close monitoring of market demand and sales in co- ordination with the finished goods stores department.
∎ To remain up -date with the stock position of raw materials and procurement under processs to avoid short fall at the time of need .
∎ To remain well conversant with the market and marketing system of raw materials, it's availability , lead time to receive goods after placing demand etc. to avoid short fall at the time of need.
∎ To remain meticulous to calculate the finished goods against the raw materials used and hand over the finished goods to concerned stores of proper document.
∎ To assess the requirement of manpower / worker and arrange their recruitment in coordination with the administrative department.
∎ Top exercise command and control over the worker . gear up the whole production team by motivation . Remain sympathetic to resolve their problems . ensure their welfare prepare Judicious planning of their leave without hampering the production , timely payment of their dues etc. in consolation with the production manager . and administrative department.
∎ To ensure proper cleanness and hygienic condition.
∎ To restore discipline in the floor, remain uncompromising against theft , dishonesty, negligence of duties misappropriation , misconduct etc.
∎ Any others responsibilities deemed to be necessary to enhance the production of the factory.

∎ Age 20 to 32 years
