∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achievement of primary and secondary sales target.
∎ Supervise TSO/ SR
∎ Identify untapped market & take necessary action of correction
∎ Ability to Distributor/ Direct party setup.
∎ Ability to work with SR/Field forces
∎ To be up dated all types of sales related documentation.
∎ Execute Trade promotion & consumer offers.
∎ To hold monthly & quarterly meeting with the team members, discuss marketing & sale related matter, hear their problems and try to resolve the problem on the spot, if not possible refer the problem to Head office.
∎ To expand the market up to Upazilla and big hats all over Bangladesh.
∎ To establish and develop commendable relationship with the customers, so that they take initiative to push our products to the customers.
∎ To ensure visit personally or his team to every agent/prescribe regularly.
∎ To submit sale/target report to head office as and when required
∎ To advice Head office about promotional programs by evaluating or very close monitoring of market demand.
∎ To implement Management decision as and when circulated.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in FMCG will be given preference
∎ Must have the ability to work multitasking
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
