Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Executive Director of [Flour Mill] is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, management, and strategic planning for the flour milling facility. This pivotal role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the milling industry.
∎ Responsibilities :
∎ Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the flour mill.
∎ Oversee milling processes to maintain high-quality standards and meet production targets.
∎ Manage inventory levels, procurement of raw materials, and logistics for grain intake and flour distribution.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
∎ Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with the finance team.
∎ Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement cost-control measures as necessary.
∎ Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
∎ Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.
∎ Identify emerging trends and technological advancements in the milling industry.
∎ Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term goals and objectives.
∎ Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
