Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and making maximum utilization of resources (human resource, raw material, machinery & other resources) through minimizing wastage & inefficiency.
∎ Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement
∎ Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in the textile industry.
∎ Promote environmentally sustainable practices and adherence to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.
∎ Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing management team and coordinate between all the departments.
∎ Monitor and evaluate production targets, maximum production capacity utilization, ensure lead time management, efficiency metrics, and profitability also Implement robust systems and processes to ensure operational excellence.
∎ Ensure quantity & quality of production based on the production plan also ensure that all machines, including utilities run at optimum speed and efficiency and also be held responsible for any loss, breakage and damage if any caused by your willful negligence and improper way at doing your duties.
∎ Ensuring continuous improvement in the performance & efficiency (Performance Management) of subordinates through motivation, supervision, counseling, control & training.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Salary-$3,000 or BDT 3,60,000 (Monthly).
