∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the process of developing products or enhancing existing products to meet customer expectations effectively.
∎ Sampling different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances, and other factors to find the best ones that suit the new product brief.
∎ Performing market research to understand market requirements for new product development.
∎ Analyzing existing products to identify areas for improvement and updating current documentation.
∎ Identify company goals to conceptualize, design, and test new products.
∎ Oversee product line and trend direction with the aim of creating a focused brand concept.
∎ Review merchandise line to ensure "harmony" with other brands of merchandise.
∎ Implementation of new technology in his/her own work and in production floor to enhance the productivity & quality.
∎ Execute and follow up standard Process and all parameter for quality product making to increase the productivity.
∎ Follow up production process to improve quality issues with potential solution.
