Proven experience as a Customer Service Officer/Executive/Representative in Beauty parlor/Salon/training institute or any other consultancy firms;
Ability handle multitasks, working under pressure & should be maintain customers queries/calls/texts as calm & as in very professional way;
Well groomed, polished, energetic & professional appearance;
Have to flexible to work evening, weekends & holidays if required (For work in weekend overtime will provide);
Expertise in MS office tools & Social media pages, platforms etc;
Well communication skill in both Bangla & English.

We are looking for some proactive, highly motivated and service oriented ‘Customer Service Executive’ for our all Beauty Salon units & Training Institute to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and pleasant client journey—from the initial inquiry to final service delivery. The ideal candidate will responsible for outstanding communication skills, strong organizational ability, and the professionalism to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Office Hour: For Females 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM & for Males 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM;
Working days: 06 days in week (Work at office).
Job Location: Kalabagan, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1205.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients with a warm, professional approach;
Manage appointments via telephone, walk-ins, and digital booking platforms;
Provide accurate information on services, pricing, promotions, and packages;
Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints with discretion and efficiency;
Maintain and update client records, including service history and preferences;
Liaise with beauticians, stylists, and management to ensure timely service delivery;
Promote and upsell salon services, membership packages, and retail products;

Process client payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily financial records;
Assist management with administrative and operational support as needed.
Probation Period: 06 month;
Increment: Yearly & Based on performance;
Bonus: Twice a year (after complete the probation Period of 06 month).
