Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Completed Diploma in civil or related field are encouraged to apply.

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Knowledge of local procurement procedures for civil and construction materials.

• Experience in factory maintenance procurement will be preferred.

• Basic knowledge of vendor management and procurement documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Proficiency in ERP software and reporting systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement activities for civil construction and factory maintenance materials.

• Source cement, bricks, concrete blocks, structural steel angle/beam, binding wire, shuttering plywood, plaster sand, ceramic tiles, floor tiles, marble/granite stone, and other civil materials.

• Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, and support price negotiations.

• Prepare PO, WO, and maintain procurement documentation.

• Follow up suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Coordinate with engineering, production, warehouse, commercial, and accounts departments.

• Monitor market trends, material pricing, product development, and alternative sourcing options.

• Ensure quality of civil materials and timely supply for maintenance and project work.

• Maintain stock records and monitor inventory levels of engineering materials.

• Perform other engineering and supply chain-related duties assigned by management.
