Additional Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management (fresh graduates with IT knowledge may also apply).

  • Sound understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), cybersecurity, and enterprise software solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in teams.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The Executive – Business Development plays a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities across technology domains. The role involves engaging with enterprise and SME customers, understanding their IT needs, and promoting the company’s range of solutions such as cloud services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software, and managed services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling

  • Identify potential clients across corporate, government, and enterprise sectors for IT infrastructure, cloud, Cyber security, and managed services.

  • Conduct detailed market research to map industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

  • Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, networking events, and digital channels.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities.

2. Client Engagement & Solution Positioning

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT decision-makers, procurement teams, and CXOs.

  • Understand client pain points and recommend suitable IT solutions aligned with their business goals.

  • Coordinate with technical pre-sales teams to prepare customized solution proposals and presentations.

3. Sales Process Management

  • Manage the end-to-end business development cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.

  • Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and RFP responses.

  • Support commercial negotiations and ensure alignment with company objectives and profit margins.

4. Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with solution architects, product specialists, and project delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns, webinars, and events to generate leads.

  • Provide customer feedback to product and delivery teams to improve service offerings.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain all client and sales activities in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports and forecasts.

  • Track opportunity conversion ratios and contribute to business planning.
