Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly professional, confident, and articulate Project Manager & Client Communication Lead who will act as the central coordination bridge between Clients & Bangladesh-based technical team. This role requires strong communication skills, structured thinking, marketing awareness, and basic technical understanding. The selected candidate will initially operate from Bangladesh for 2 months and then relocate to the Philippines to manage operations and client coordination locally. This is a leadership-track position with long-term international growth potential.

Core Responsibilities: 

Project & Operations Management:

• Act as the official Project Manager for assigned accounts

• Gather and clarify client requirements

• Convert business needs into structured execution plans

• Coordinate daily with the Bangladesh technical team

• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables

• Ensure quality and timely project completion

Client & Executive Communication:

• Maintain direct communication with clients

• Report progress and updates to the Owner (Philippines)

• Conduct meetings and follow-ups professionally

• Manage client expectations and handle queries confidently

Marketing Awareness & Strategy Support:

• Understand basic marketing strategies and campaign structures

• Assist in communicating marketing ideas to clients

• Support proposal discussions and service positioning
