Educational Qualification

• B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or equivalent.

Other Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in Python development, preferably in ERP orenterprise systems.

• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and database optimization.

• Experience in API development and system integration.

• Experience leading technical tasks or small teams.

• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Hands-on experience in Odoo framework and custom module development.

• Experience with OWL, JavaScript, or frontend integration.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD).

• Experience in financial or accounting module development.

• Exposure to data analytics platforms (Power BI, Dremio, etc.)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with a strong background in ERP system development and customization. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of professional experience in Python development, particularly in enterprise or ERP environments. Experience in Odoo development will be considered a strong advantage, but it is not mandatory. This role requires hands-on technical expertise along with the ability to lead projects and mentor development teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.

• Work on ERP customization and workflow automation based on business requirements.

• Optimize PostgreSQL queries and improve database performance.

• Develop and integrate REST APIs with third-party systems.

• Ensure secure, efficient, and maintainable code architecture.

• Integrate ERP systems with external platforms (payment gateways, banking APIs, CRM, etc.).

• Ensure data consistency and synchronization across systems.

• Improve application performance through optimization and tuning.

• Lead and mentor junior developers.

• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely project completion.

• Maintain structured documentation and version control (Git).
