Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Footwear Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & share weekly tasks plan with customer in advance.
∎ Preparation of On the table meeting (OTM) documents
∎ Development of OTM samples & initiate for pilot production
∎ Coordinate with customer whenever required in case of conformity sample (CFM), marketing sample (MK), each color sample (EC), color shade window, incoming material approval.
∎ Bulk production packaging instruction approval from customer.
∎ Ensure product quality and process compliance in production through regular monitoring.
∎ Take necessary steps to solve any problem on qualitative issues in consultation with the Customer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Knowledge about the footwear design and contemporary fashion trend
∎ Knowledge on footwear constructions
∎ Understanding different tools of Quality standard and footwear manufacturing process.
∎ Ability to work independently.
