Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise branch staffs to ensure effective branch operation.
∎ Ensure on time pickup and delivery by coordinating with Customer Service, Hub operations and Pickup & Delivery Staffs.
∎ Ensure cost optimization in branch through proper planning and effective execution of operational activities.
∎ Prepare, submit and record various reports related to branch performance, operating cost etc.
