∎ Currently we are looking for dynamic, smart and efficient personnel with relevant skills and knowledge under Credit Control department in Air Alliance Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Segregate all delinquent accounts and engages with the preparation of reports about delinquent accounts for management.
∎ Correspond & negotiate of different business issues maintain strong relationship with portfolio of respective customers to ensure that they remain highly satisfied with our service; provide value added services that allow us to differentiate from others
∎ Analyze the corporate customer’s financial/liquidity position & monitor their payment behavior and set a follow-up strategy accordingly.
∎ Resolve customer query by fulfilling their requirement on due time
∎ Plan, monitor and follow up the corporate customer of the company.
∎ Train, develop and manage people for realization of payment from AAL corporate customers.
∎ Select and determine the distribution of promotional items according to target groups.
∎ Generate a monthly report that gives details of respective portfolio, customer’s payment behavior, and liquidity position of customers and win situation
