∎ A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in program management, preferably in areas such as School Feeding, Child Protection, Nutrition, UN funded projects or related programs.
∎ Proven experience working with government agencies, UN bodies, international/national NGOs, and local communities.
∎ Knowledge of supply chain management and food safety standards is an asset.
∎ Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, as well as email and internet browsing.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Effective communication skills with diverse audiences, including stakeholders and beneficiaries.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
∎ Understanding of Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and Child Protection principles is an asset.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure proper planning and tracking of field-level financial resources, following organizational rules and regulations.
∎ Manage inventory, maintain program records, handle budget and office reporting, and oversee invoicing.
∎ Support payroll processing and other financial claims as directed by the Relief Coordinator.
∎ Conduct preliminary checks for internal audits to ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
∎ Assist with general administrative functions, including managing office supplies and logistics for the project.
∎ Organize and maintain a filing system for financial, operational, and administrative documents.
∎ Help coordinate logistical needs, such as transportation and procurement activities.
∎ Maintain inventory and asset registers.
∎ Aid in procurement processes.
∎ Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to monitor the delivery of goods and services.
∎ Ensure compliance with donor-specific requirements in procurement and financial operations.
∎ Work closely with the Relief Coordinator, Project Officer, and Finance Manager to align financial and administrative tasks with project activities.
∎ Prepare draft financial and administrative reports, adhering to reporting timelines and standards.
∎ Support WFP audits by gathering necessary documents and addressing initial queries.
∎ Assist project staff with basic financial and administrative processes.
∎ The Finance and Administration Officer will assist with financial management and administrative operations for the School Feeding Project under the supervision of the Relief Coordinator. This role involves supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and administrative tasks to ensure the effective implementation of the School Feeding Project (SFP), while complying with WFP and organizational policies.
∎ Responsibilities:
