EXPIRIENCE:

• Minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in a relevant field within the NGO sector in Bangladesh. Proficiency in understanding and speaking Chittagonian and/or Rohingya languages will be considered an asset.

SKILLS:

• Previous experience with school feeding programme will be an added advantage.
• Ability to believe and follow Qatar Charity’s principles and values.
• Good command over Rohingya language will be an added advantage.

WORK BASE: Qatar Charity Coxs bazar Office

WORK AREA: Teknaf, Coxs bazar.

Reporting To: Hierarchical: Partnership Coordinator

Functional: Senior Programme Officer

JOB SUMMARY: The Support Staff will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of office premises, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for staff and visitors.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Objective 1: Support Office Operations.

• Maintain a clean and hygienic office environment, including floors, rooms, toilets, kitchen, and food storage areas.
• Organize and clean office utensils, ensure cleaning tools and supplies are in good working condition, and assist in basic office upkeep.
• Follow hygiene and sanitation practices while complying with organizational values.

Objective 2: Safeguarding & Compliance

• Adherence to Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Anti Fraud/Anti Corruption, and Code of Conduct.
• Respect community dynamics in Cox’s Bazar, including Rohingya and host communities.
• Mandatory completion of safeguarding and security trainings and periodic refreshers.
