Experience:
o At least 3-5 years of experience in the Rohingya Response or humanitarian sector;
o Fluency in the Rohingya language / Chittagonian language - Essential;
o A minimum of a 4-year Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
o Advance level of computer knowledge. o Experience in conducting assessments.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Access, Word, Power Point), Kobo/ODK, Data analysis.
o Willingness to reside in Ukhiya/near to Project site.
Program Brief:
Community Development Centre (CODEC) a non-profit development organization working in coastal areas of Bangladesh since 1985. CODEC is the Cooperating Partner of World Food Programme (WFP) to ensure the continuity of essential life-saving food assistance to FDMN/Rohingya Refugees in Camps in Cox’s Bazar. Purpose:
The Community Engagement and Identity Management Associate (CEIMA) supports daily planning and execution of food assistance, ensuring accurate beneficiary management, accountability to affected populations (AAP), protection mainstreaming, and compliance with WFP standards and CODEC - SOPs and Manuals.
