Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Manager (Finance & Accounts) to lead and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare complete financial statements of the company (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual).

• Maintain and prepare sales invoices and handle banking correspondence efficiently.

• Formulate and implement Strategic Business Policies, SOPs, and financial protocols.

• Participate in the company’s business planning process, including preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

• Conduct risk management analysis covering organizational liabilities, investments, and operational expenditures.

• Ensure proper financial planning and budgeting for individual business units.

• Initiate actions to improve operational efficiency, minimize waste, control overheads, and optimize working capital.

• Maintain accurate cost records, including material cost, labor cost, and work-in-process (WIP) analysis.

• Manage and report all import, export, and banking activities of the company.

• Oversee the implementation of financial systems that support long-term stability and growth.

• Provide accurate, timely, and compliant financial information to banking partners, auditors, and external agencies.

• Supervise asset management, monitoring, and movement control.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Top Management of HTI Surgical.
