Minimum 10–12 years of experience in RMG factory accounts
Strong knowledge of costing, VAT, Tax & payroll
ERP proficiency and advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and leadership ability
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee day-to-day factory accounts and financial operations
Monitor factory cost control and budget management
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
Supervise payroll, inventory control, and compliance matters
Ensure proper internal control and transaction audit
Coordinate with Head Office Finance & Accounts
