∎ Age at most 32 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in maintaining and preparing all kinds of vouchers, cashbooks, bankbooks, disbursements, receipts, and general ledger on a day-to-day basis and ensure expenses are reasonable
∎ Assist in maintaining daily accounts and ledger of the organization.
∎ Keep track of all the financial transactions (bank and cash).
∎ Prepare all relevant papers and statements needed for the audit process.
∎ Coordinated the preparation of regular financial reports and worked with the finance ledger to submit reports on time.
∎ Prepare monthly reports to the respective authority.
∎ Coordination to maintain Govt. VAT and other works.
∎ Coordination of quarterly & annual audits in compliance with local law and group requirements.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the senior / Dept. head / Management.
