Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare various vouchers (sales, purchase, adjustment, and journal vouchers) in ERP softwarePrepare bank reconciliation statements and loan statementsReconcile accounts payable and receivableAssist in bank-related tasks such as preparing bank drafts and processing withdrawalsVerify and process invoices, transactions, and payments to suppliersReceive, count, and verify cash transactions from various sourcesDeposit cash and checks into the bank promptlyAssist in the preparation of financial statements and MIS reportsPerform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
