∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance

∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers.
∎ Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment to vendors.
∎ Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
∎ Assist Accounts Manager in preparing budgets and financial forecasts. Submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations. Process payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements. Financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
∎ Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and company records.
∎ Ensure proper internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
