∎ Developing and maintaining communication channels: Creating and maintaining communication channels and materials, such as websites, social media, and email marketing.
∎ Producing content: Writing news articles, company announcements, and scripts for marketing and educational videos.
∎ Ensuring content compliance: Ensuring that all content complies with the company's style guides and standards.
∎ Creating reports: Creating reports for communication campaigns.
∎ Monitoring media: Monitoring media alerts and relevant publications.
∎ Developing communication plans: Developing and executing annual communication plans that align with the company’s goals.
∎ Crisis management: Handling crisis situations and protecting the company's reputation.
∎ Media relations: Supporting the relationship between the media and the organization.
