Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collecting sales order of Day-old Chicks (DOC), Cull Birds, Gunny Bags, and Scrap from concerned departments.
∎ Ensuring order price, quantity, other terms and conditions have been checked and verified.
∎ Ensuring payment collection through banking channel.
∎ Booking orders in ERP system.
∎ Ensuring compliance of commercial policy.
∎ Overseeing the process of customer code creation.
∎ Preparing and submitting weekly MIS data.
∎ Preparing daily collection report and follow up.
∎ Preparing and submitting hatching and sales reconciliation report.
∎ Order Management:
