Responsibilities & Context:

HR Administration:

  • Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and existing employees.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, tracking employee progress and feedback.
  • Office Administration:
  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and liaising with vendors.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodation for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Payroll and Benefits:
  • Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave management, and other perks.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance and Policies:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, staying up-to-date with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee information.
