Responsibilities & Context: HR Administration:
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and existing employees.
- Coordinate training and development programs, tracking employee progress and feedback.
- Office Administration:
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and liaising with vendors.
- Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Payroll and Benefits:
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave management, and other perks.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, staying up-to-date with relevant regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee information.
