Experience Required: 5–7 years in Operations / IT Operations / Technical Project Management

 Qualifications & Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in operations, IT operations, project management, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong technological proficiency—ability to understand software workflows, platforms, and tech-driven operations.
• Proven track record of managing teams and leading multi-departmental operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working in a software/IT company (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Role Overview: As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the complete operations unit, lead cross-functional teams, ensure seamless project delivery, Customer follow-up and represent the company in client meetings. The ideal candidate must be technologically efficient, business-focused, and capable of maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

 Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Lead, supervise, and mentor the entire operations team to ensure peak performance.
• Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes, policies, and workflows.
• Drive efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all functions.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Join and lead client meetings to understand requirements, gather insights, and ensure successful project execution.
• Act as a bridge between clients, development teams, and management.
• Maintain strong professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Project & Delivery Oversight

• Ensure timely project execution with high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with technical teams to address bottlenecks, streamline processes, and prevent delivery delays.
• Monitor progress, prepare operational reports, and present performance updates to senior management.

Tech-Driven Operations

• Utilize digital tools, dashboards, and platforms to enhance workflow visibility and decision-making.
• Ensure the operations team efficiently uses CRM, ERP, project management tools, and communication systems.
• Identify and implement new technologies to automate and optimize operations.
