Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ SMT equipment installation, debugging, acceptance and establishment of equipment use files;
∎ Weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance, spot inspection and troubleshooting of SMT equipment, making detailed maintenance plans;
∎ Management and work arrangement of equipment technicians;
∎ Establish management standards for equipment related accessories;
∎ Formulate and improve various equipment management systems;
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bachelor degree or above, strong writing organization ability, proficient in computer operation, mechanical and electronic major preferred (can use Word, Excel, powerpoint and other common office software);
∎ Outgoing, sincere, good at communication, hard-working, able to adapt to shift work, strong sense of responsibility and the spirit of ownership, and identify with company culture;
∎ Familiar with SMT knowledge and working experience in SMT workshop is preferred;
∎ Panasonic or Fuji placement machine maintenance experience, equipment maintenance experience, can do procedures is preferred;Experience in dropping equipment maintenance is preferred;
∎ Good English reading and writing ability, able to read and understand simple English equipment instructions;
∎ Understand electrical principles, and understand the electrical schematic diagram of equipment;
∎ Once applied, the applicant shall guarantee that he/she has worked in the new job for at least two years;
∎ Have certain management experience;
