Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science or related field (Master's degree preferred).
∎ Skills Required: Analytical and problem solving skills, Communication and Negotiation Skill, Environment and Social Audit.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and assist in the development of mitigation strategies.
∎ Monitor and report on the project's social and environmental performance, ensuring compliance based on IEE, ESIA, Lender's requirements as well as relevant tasks.
∎ Act as a liaison between the project team and regulatory authorities, environmental agencies, lenders etc.
∎ Prepare and submit reports on social and environmental performance to regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and the project management.
∎ Ensure that all regulatory and permit requirements related to social and environmental sustainability are met.
∎ Collaborate with local communities to identify and address their needs and concerns related to the project.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of the project's social and environmental sustainability strategy.
∎ Ensure that sustainability goals are integrated into project planning and execution.
∎ Attend public meetings and hearings related to environmental and social aspects of the project.
∎ Support the implementation of community investment programs and initiatives that benefit local communities.
∎ Collect, analyze, and manage data related to social and environmental aspects of the project.
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and indigenous groups.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation as prescribed format.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Computer Literacy Must.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Ship Re-cycling ,Textile Industries ,Garments industries, As related field.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Female candidates are encouraged to apply
∎ Years of experience in environmental and social sustainability, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, policies, and best practices.
∎ Demonstrated experience in conducting environmental assessments and audits.
∎ Knowledge of environmental impact assessment processes and regulations.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective community engagement.
∎ Knowledge of industry standards and certifications.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
∎ Familiarity with renewable energy projects and solar power technology is a plus.
∎ Willingness to travel to project sites and work in field conditions.
∎ Passion for renewable energy and commitment to sustainable development.
