WE EXPECT FROM YOU - REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, automotive); international degree in Economics/Finance will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge and experience of leading production/engineering departments or a factory with duration not less than 5 years. Experience in international multicultural company is expected.
- Strong demonstrated experience in system use, people & project management, decision making, production planning is expected.
- Experience in SAP (Power User) and ISO certification is expected.
Responsibilities & Context:
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and reconcile technical policy and direction of technical development of the factory, future layouts, forecasts for equipment development and new installations/constructions.
- Organize process of design and implementation of new technology and renovation projects.
- Design timelines of capital investments (Capex, Opex, PRE) and control their execution.
- Lead development of activities related to reconstruction and modernization, preventive actions to avoid hazardous ecology impact, effective energy usage, creation of safe and favorable working conditions, improvement of production and engineering culture of employees.
- Design budget of engineering department and ensure its timely execution.
- Control operation, maintenance, overhauling, inspections, startups of energy supply systems, electrical supply systems, engineering communications, building and utilities condition and all equipment within area of responsibility.
- Control and ensure that employees follow rules and requirements of industrial safety operation.
