Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and strengthen quality control processes throughout the SMT production (SMT and Testing)
∎ Ensuring customer complaints against standards, failures, and customer specifications.
∎ Monitor the line process, reduce defects, and standardize quality standards, promoting consistency in production output.
∎ Ensuring adherence to the repeatability of customer standards and requirements.
∎ Involve root cause analysis with QC tools (7QC tools,5 Whys, 4M analysis, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to resolve issues.
∎ Process Control by data analysis, ensuring data-collection decisions for quality improvements with the team, and circulating the report to management.
∎ Maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, certifications, failure records, and tracking sheets.
∎ Need to do a patrol audit raise the NC for the deviations and get the solutions from the concern team.
∎ Need to raise a special work request and track the quantity for any internal divisions.
∎ Need to ensure and monitor Automated Optical Inspection (AOI, SPI), X-ray inspection, and solder paste inspection systems, to enhance the team members' defect detection capabilities.
∎ Need to make and present cumulative daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer feedback, product quality, stage-wise failures, people's deviations, chemical item storage, sample check results, etc.
∎ Need to follow ISO standards, be ready for an external audit, safety near miss findings, etc.
∎ Ensure and follow SMD storage, handling, and self-life monitoring.
∎ Validate and verify the conditions and requirements for the Jigs and fixtures.

∎ Must have SMT manufacturing and testing standards Skill & Knowledge
