Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and formulate color masterbatch products based on customer specifications and market demand
Conduct lab trials, shade matching, and color corrections using pigments and additives
Evaluate raw materials (resins, pigments, additives) for quality, compatibility, and performance
Optimize formulations for cost efficiency, processability, and color consistency
Provide technical support to production, sales, and quality teams
Troubleshoot product and process-related issues in manufacturing
Maintain accurate formulation records, test reports, and documentation
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and environmental regulations
Coordinate with suppliers for new materials and technical updates
Support new product development (NPD) and continuous improvement initiatives
