Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have capability to handle full factory
∎ should have experience on all kind of embroidery more than 5 years
∎ who has knowledge and experience to set up a embroidery factory
∎ should have sourcing for embroidery materials , accessories
∎ Supervise team of workers
∎ Check programming is correct before each new run.
∎ Help train and evaluate employees.
∎ Follow quality standards and check quality of embroidery on produced pieces.
∎ Track daily output.
∎ Report safety issues and policy violations to management.
∎ Keeps routine maintenance protocols and reports malfunction machines.
∎ Update production logs in computer systems.
∎ Read work orders & basic computer entry.
