Responsibilities & Context:
Stone design on garments.
Develop innovative and aesthetic stone designs for garments.
Select suitable stones based on texture, durability, and color.
Expertise on Applique, Hotfix transfer, crystal embellishment.
Develop creative design concepts and artwork based on project or client requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing and production teams for design execution.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and aesthetics.
Work on digital and print materials (social media, catalogs, branding, etc.).
Stay updated with current design trends and technologies.
Maintain consistency of the company’s brand identity across all design materials
Understand client needs, take feedback, and make necessary design revisions.
Prepare and present design ideas, sketches, or mockups for approval
Manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Prepare print-ready and web-optimized design files.
Contribute ideas to campaigns, branding, and new design initiatives.
