• Develop and manage accessories items (labels, tags, poly, trims, packaging etc.).
• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and factories for sampling & approvals.
• Follow up on orders from development to shipment.
• Negotiate prices, lead times, and quality requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain production tracking sheets.
• Maintain strong communication with the production team to solve issues.
• Develop, source, and manage various garments accessories (labels, hangtags, polybags, stickers, buttons, tapes, packaging items, etc.).
• Coordinate with buyers for sample development, approvals, and technical requirements.
• Work closely with suppliers/factories to ensure correct materials, pricing, and lead times.
• Prepare costing, negotiate prices, and confirm orders with suppliers.
• Follow up on sample submissions (development, pre-production, shipment samples).
• Track production status, solve issues, and ensure timely delivery of accessories.
• Maintain order sheets, BOM/trim cards, and other merchandising documents.
• Communicate with internal teams (production, QA, logistics) for smooth execution.
• Ensure quality standards are met for all accessories before shipment.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and update databases for new materials and suppliers.
