Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform accident reporting and investigation.
∎ Provide training for employees from different areas of health & safety.
∎ Administer certification programs forklift operator, permit cutting and welding, power lock, end confined space.
∎ Inspect firefighting systems (fire extinguishers, emergency exit, alarm, emergency lights, etc.)
∎ Evaluate the allocation and delivery of personal protective equipment
∎ Inspect plant machinery and equipment.
∎ Make inspections of risk and manage the implementation of solutions.
∎ Verify that the corridors are not obstructed.
∎ Audit fire equipment.
∎ Make safety equipment requisition and maintain control of delivery and use.
∎ Manage different brigade: spills, first aid, evacuation, and Fire brigade service.
∎ Support the implementation of the ergonomic program of the plant.
∎ Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.
∎ Look after the unsafe behavior or breaks in regulations during the work at the workplace.
∎ Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations.
∎ Conduct HSE training, pre-start talks, toolbox and HSE awareness activities.
∎ Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or lecture-type training sessions.
∎ Investigating and Reporting the causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site.
∎ Conduct monthly plant emergency drill.
∎ Conduct weekly/monthly/Quarterly Inspection of Fire Detection & Protection System.
∎ Prepare monthly/weekly HES report.
∎ Execute and enforce what the program has about health safety and the environment.
∎ Perform any function related to the operation required by the immediate manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must-Have Good knowledge of communication in both Bangla & English ( writing & Speaking).
∎ Must-Have health and safety job experience in the RMG Sector.
∎ Willingness to work in a factory environment and shifty duty.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
