∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM,L.L.B
∎ Skills Required: Buyers Audit, Factory HR Administration, Fluent In English, Microsoft Office Applications

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Employee Engagements, Factory HR Administration in Garments Industry, General HR, Labor Union Management, Worker Recruit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Context:
∎ Must have very good knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and Labor Act.
∎ Must have long time working experiences in a large garments company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and Present the monthly reports of the company.
∎ Manage Compensation & Benefits tasks.
∎ Manage Labor Relations tasks.
∎ Manage Hiring and Training tasks.
∎ Manage the Succession Plan program.
∎ Manage Specific HR Projects or/and program.
∎ Leading the Social Responsibilities programs.
∎ Supporting the EHS Department.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Females are highly encouraged to apply.
