Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
∎ Candidates having Masters or relevant training will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis the EIA report and find out the area of improvement.
∎ Sound knowledge about C-TPAT & Social Compliance.
∎ Supplier assessment according to company environmental performance.
∎ Check Buyer MRSL and check MSDS.
∎ Analyze the root cause of water pollution and its resources.
∎ Ensure all chemicals used and stored appropriately at all time.
∎ Provide regular training about environmental policy and system.
∎ Training regarding EMS, chemical management system, SDS, RSL/MRSL/waste water management/ Environmental awareness.
∎ Identify the source of waste water and ensure treatment of all waste water streams before discharge.
∎ Monitoring ETP, KTP, STP Emergency plan of ETP and chemical spill.
∎ Make chemical Inventory, waste inventory.
∎ Follow up waste disposal and chemical disposal methods.
∎ Ensure PPE requirements in all hazardous environment.
∎ Take necessary steps against buyer CAP.
∎ Prepare facilities for HIGG Index.
∎ Work with Detox, ZDHC, CO2 & Resources etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant needs to work with HIGG Index, Detox, ZDHC, CO2 & Resource etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) Like: (Legal /Compliance/Code of Conduct, HIGG Index, C-TPAT, dealing with buyer, third party auditor etc.)
∎ ISO14001-2015 /SA8000 certified will be given preference
