Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in footwear product development or related field.
Strong technical knowledge of footwear patterns, molds, materials and production processes.
Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication skills and team leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are a leading lifestyle retail company representing two renowned international brands in Bangladesh. To strengthen our production and design capability, we are looking for an experienced and creative professional to join our Footwear Production Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the entire footwear product development process from concept to commercialization.
Coordinate with design, merchandising, sourcing and production teams to ensure timely sample development.
Evaluate new materials, components and construction techniques for innovation and cost efficiency.
Ensure alignment with brand quality standards and technical specifications.
Manage sample room operations and maintain accurate product documentation.
Work closely with international brand teams for approvals and technical communications.
Other assignment given by the management time to time.
