Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process of drivers (posting, sourcing, screening, and hiring).
- Conduct interviews, background checks, and license verification.
- Maintain a pool of potential drivers for future recruitment.
- Ensure drivers meet company standards, policies, and compliance.
- Monitor driver performance and coordinate with the Management for disciplinary actions if needed.
- Prepare reports on recruitment and retention.
