Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Achieve and surpass sales targets by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business prospects within the key account segment. Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to pinpoint growth opportunities. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. Implement retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value. Negotiate and renew contracts with key clients, securing mutually beneficial terms. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contract agreements. Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on account status, sales activities, and potential risks. Prepare and present reports on key account performance to senior management. Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery. Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and promotions for key accounts.
