Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and oversee manufacturing operations and production teams
∎ To achieve key performance indicators and customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare & execute production plans with quality control
∎ Monitor and implement ISO/Quality systems
∎ Ensure achievement of KPIs and customer expectations
∎ Manage SOP compliance and employee training & testing.
∎ Lead and oversee manufacturing operations and production teams
